Originally incorporated as Infra Plastic Industries Private Ltd., our company quickly earned a reputation for consistent product quality and a wide range of offerings. By the mid-1990s, we had expanded our footprint across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Daman, with a robust dealer network and a loyal customer base.
A New Era: Backed by Equator Group
In 2023, a new chapter began. Equator Financial Services Limited (EFSL), a leader in financial innovation and part of the diversified Equator Group, took over as our new promoter through a successful NCLT resolution. This transition brought fresh energy, strategic direction, and significant investment to Infra Industries Ltd.
