In March 2023, Equator Financial Services Limited (EFSL) became the new promoter of Infra Industries Ltd. through a successful resolution plan approved by the NCLT. This strategic move has infused fresh energy, resources, and vision into the company.
Factory Renovation & Restart
Our factory premises, plant, and machinery have been completely renovated and upgraded. Commercial production resumed in May 2024, marking a significant comeback for the Infra brand.
